Bruce Woodcock’s fight scrapbook was started by his mother, Hilda, at the beginning of his amateur career and contains a remarkable collection of newspaper cuttings covering all his ‘scraps’ up to 1948. Most of them are undated and have no details about the original sources. It is hoped eventually to be able to scan in the whole of the now fragile scrapbook in this year-by-year archive to accompany the fights.
